The fourth internal training session on "Bacterial methylation identification with Nanopore: pipeline and what you need to know" was held yesterday (Mar 21) as part of the lab meeting. A special thanks to Yuxuan for leading this section!

This internal training was established to enhance collaboration and research efficiency through knowledge-sharing and skill development. The first three sections focused on: “Bacterial Genome Sequencing and Assembly using Nanopore Technology” (1st section; by Yuan), “AI-based Models for Predicting the Fish Size” (2nd section; by Guangsheng), and “PhD thesis Structure, Expectations and Examples Demonstration” (3rd section; by myself). Thanks to those in attendance and we look forward to more insightful topics/sessions ahead.
